A large-scale retrospective project featuring the presentation of the four-part work «Connections» (4 m × 4 m), 67 monumental paintings, including
the polyptych «Happiness Pills» and several diptychs and triptychs.
The main works are accompanied by the author’s voice narration.
The project’s interactive program included guided tours by the artist,
a performance, and master classes.
The work «Blooming Plum» was donated by the artist to the NGHM collection.
According to modern science, the more neural connections a person
has — the number of which depends on the activity of interaction
with the surrounding world, on the willingness to discover and learn
new things, and on the desire to master the unknown — the happier
they are. The branching web of neural connections that grows within
the art of Asya Feoktistova bears witness to a decisive choice
of the path to happiness.
